He does this while he keeps sucking, knowing he's going to leave a dark mark under pale skin. He's not sure how Shigaraki is going to explain it away if anyone asks, but Dabi really doesn't care about any of that. Right now he's just focused on licking and sucking on Dabi's neck. It's a much better sensation to have there than all that incessant scratching, he imagines.
Dabi doesn't even mind when Shigaraki's legs hook around his. It shifts his body downward a bit more and he realizes that he's hard again as well, when his groin pushes against Shigarki's, the light friction setting off sparks along his spine. It's not the same as being touched without wanting to and while it still makes Dabi want to pull back and away, he doesn't, because there's nothing gentle about it.
He can't stay like this long, but long enough to slide his mouth back onto Shigaraki's, tasting blood and biting at the wound some more before settling into a bruising kiss. ]
