He knows better than that and doesn't want Shigaraki to accuse him of complaining again, or being too pathetic to even be touched for fifteen minutes. The thing about Dabi getting the upper hand more often is that he picks his battles and doesn't give as much ammunition as Shigaraki does.
Plus, this is what Dabi wants. The faster he can deal with it the better. He's gone on like this for long enough.
And of course, polaroids. Dabi wouldn't want anything less. He's already thinking of where he's going to grab one of those cameras from and where he'll stash the pictures once they're taken. ]
