[keigo definitely knows, and even understands, that dabi isn't keen on sharing personal information. he never pesters the villain about it though. he's always shared everything himself without expecting it in return.
he's always wanted dabi to come to him on his own terms.
it doesn't make him trust dabi any less either. he's more than appreciative that his villain has come forward over his weakness. it's something keigo intends to take silently and to the death if need be. he won't ever admit or discuss it out loud to anyone but dabi.
