[Shigaraki doesn't pull away even when Dabi let's go of his hand. There's nothing to fear with these gloves and it's nice to have his hand out like this. It feels like he's reaching for Dabi- touching him even, without the touch or discomfort on Dabi's end.
Unlike last time, he actually manages to sleep through the night after wearing out his mind with idle thoughts of Dabi. He's got a working theory that makes sense based on everything he's observed with Dabi and somewhere in the night had decided it wasn't worth pursuing Dabi relentlessly about. It didn't mean he wouldn't drop the topic, however.
By morning, he wakes up and stares at Dabi's slumbering form. He wants to reach out and touch the other but decides against it. Staring is nice. He can use this time to take in the details of the other man. The way he slumbers, the way his hair falls over his face. Even the way he breathes is interesting.]
