[ Dabi just stares at him, long and hard. He should kick Shigaraki out right now. Tell him to leave. Instead, he lays down and moves himself against the wall, bored look on his face. ]

Whatever. I'm tired. I don't want to put up with one of your tantrums again. But you better stay on your side or I'll light you up.

Get on my side and turn to dust, Dabi.

[Two can play that game, mister. But he does sit up.]

[He says it, but he knows that when it comes to sides, he's on Shigaraki's more often than not. Even if he hates him. Or mostly dislikes him. Dabi dislikes him enough to still give him a wary look when he sits up. Thank fuck that he didn't get those gloves today.

Tomorrow though, he knows it'll be a different story.]

Next time, leave your creepy hand behind too. The two you have are more than enough.

[Shigaraki's leaving this time, stopping at the door to stare at Dabi for a moment.]

Maybe. We'll see. [About leaving the hand behind.] Sleep well Dabi.

[Dabi says in return, turning on his mattress so his back is facing the other man, much like last night. It's better this way. There's no reason for it to be anything more than it needs to be. Dabi is not as generous as Shigaraki when it comes to these things.

Tonight, though, he can't seem to sleep. Whether it's because of all the shit Shigaraki put him through today, or the prospect of what's coming tomorrow, he lays in bed tossing and turning for hours until he decides to give up and start on his job, finding more suitable recruits.]

[Shigaraki heads back to his room, showers, and then promptly falls asleep on his mattress. It's a rare thing for him to be able to just clock out without a barrage of thoughts and creeping anxiety. of course he still wakes up early in the morning as he usually does and continues his hard work.

Meeting in person with vendors was... interesting. At least his long sleeves were able to cover the bruises on his wrist and the smaller bruises on his chest. His neck was also covered by a pair of hands around his throat. It hurt, and the bruise from last night peaked out just a little bit. But no one noticed (except of course Kurogiri).

By the end of the day, he manages to get the League more supplies that they'd needed since fleeing their last headquarters. Mostly rations and a promise of equipment for the future. Everyone who is anyone wants to support the League's cause. Especially since they'd technically booted All Might out of the hero scene. It's thanks to the League that so many villains have been quick to work out of the shadows.

Shigaraki is tired when he's done with it all. Heading back to his room in a strange mood. For once? He actually removes all of his hands, including father.]

[ Dabi's day is fairly uneventful, which is frustrating, since he absolutely thought that going out to find recruits would be on the more interesting side of the jobs they've had to do. But it isn't. One after another, everyone he comes across as a potential recruit is utterly useless. Thugs who have no idea how to use their Quirks properly, who don't share the same ideology as Stain, and who ultimately can't even fight back to protect themselves when Dabi burns them alive.

At least that part is interesting enough. At least he's weeding through the garbage.

It seems there's no shortage of villains who want to join, though, so maybe he'll have better luck tomorrow. He's exhausted by the time he makes it over to his guy to grab his jacket and the gloves for Shigaraki. They're beyond expectation and Dabi knows the other man will be pleased. No matter how much shit Dabi gives his boss, he still wants to please him at the end of the day.

That's part of it. The other part is him wanting Shigaraki to know that he's the best he's got.

He considers going back to his room first, maybe finally get some sleep, but he doubts Shigaraki will be that patient, so he heads straight to the other man's room, kicking at the door instead of knocking. Hey, at least he's not just busting in this time. ]

[He's sitting on the floor, watching the news on the TV and flipping from news station to news station. His wrists are looking a little bit better today with greenish bruises healing from how hard he pulled yesterday. The raw skin looks worse though, like Shigaraki had been picking at it because he had. He still is actually. One hand holding the remote with his pinky out, the other hand picking at his wrist holding the remote.]

i am 200% not caught up with the manga at all, but YES. i am weak for Dabi spoilers ITS HAPPENING.

(i will eat my fucking fingers if this is not the big reveal lmao. i was so pissed about spoilers at first cause i wanted to read it myself but now im just like waaah put it right in my moouuuuth lol)

[ Dabi swings the door open, fully expecting Shigaraki to be sitting there watching the news on TV, scratching himself. He gets it mostly right, with Shigaraki attacking his wrists instead. He's not sure which is worse. But... at least the hands are gone. Even the one on his face, which is surprising.

Coming over, he drops the bag down in front of Shigaraki, then sits down next to him, facing him as he crosses his legs.]

[He eyes the bag in front of him but makes no move to look inside. Instead, he looks over at Dabi and stares him in the eye as he deliberately pulls at some skin knowing full well that it would piss the other off.]

We got some new supporters today. [He's already assumed Dabi wants to know about his day.] Still no healer for our party but at least we'll have supplies to keep us going.

[Shigaraki turns off the TV, tossing the remote to the side.]

((Whatever happens, it'll be good. but like. to bring dabi in at this moment?? with endeavor and the whole fam watching?? i'm 5000% dabi is a todoroki theory. if it doesnt happen i'm gonna cry for 50 years lmao))

[Dabi just gives Shigaraki a blank look. He doesn't even glance down at the skin pulling, he already knows it's happening. He could make a comment about it, but he doesn't do that either. He's tired, and he's less in the mood for shit. Maybe it's because he fried up a bunch of people today? Who knows.

Dabi does want to know about Shigaraki's day. Seems like this is a habit now. Oh well.]

Finding a healer is going to be impossible. They're all do-gooder assholes who think they're fucking gifts to the world when all they did was get the luck of the draw. Supplies are good, though. We do need supplies.

[Dabi reaches out and pushes the bag a little closer to Shigaraki. The gloves are a nice, soft but thick fabric, with the two fingers missing as requested, making sure the lining doesn't cut into Shigaraki's hands at any point, but tight enough that they'll stay on during any kind of battle. ]

Look inside and find out.

(no spoilers from me but i'd be surprised if he's not a todoroki at this point. the lead up to chapter 190 kinda made it clear that there's an unnamed todoroki child that no one's talking about for reasons and then Dabi shows up. suspiciousssss)

[The scraggly man visibly perks up when Dabi pushes the bag closer. With a childlike curiosity, he leans over the bag looking inside to find the gloves. He hums with delight at the gloves, pulling them out one at a time and laying them on his lap. They're perfect. Before he tries them on, he reaches out to a small box underneath the TV, pulling out two thin finger caps with little thin straps.

Carefully he puts one on his ring finger, tying it around his palm before he carefully does the same to the other hand. Once his ring fingers are covered he slips on the gloves.

Yeah. It's perfect and he's clearly happy with what Dabi's brought him, flexing his fingers and rubbing them together with the gloves still in tact. Not only are they tight and comfortable but they aren't too bulky either.]

Thank you Dabi. They're better than the last pair I had.

[They're even soothing against his skin.]

[Dabi watches quietly as Shigaraki is careful with the way he handles the gloves. Always so careful when he needs to be. He finds that that's... comforting, in a way he'll never admit. But he knows it and he's sure Shigaraki knows he can appreciate that by now.

He's pleased with the way Shigaraki doesn't even try to hide how pleased he is with the gloves, and he scoots a little closer, grinning. Did Shigaraki just say thank you? How nice.]

(i'm just like unable to wait for next week now!!! cause on the 14th we get the new arc stuff and then next week chapter 191)

[He might be a spoiled brat but he knows when to say thank you at times. Especially when he's so fucking please.]

I have some good news for you too.

[He leans backwards, grabbing at a box behind him with all five fingers. Incredible. Shigaraki pulls it closer to him, opening the lid and digging around inside. There's a lot of items in there- different tools and gadgets that he must have picked up from their new vendor friends. He finally finds the object he's looking for and pulls it out.

Even after testing the gloves, he's still got his pinky raised out of habit when he hands over the new phone to Dabi. It's not that he doesn't trust the gloves it's just- well. When you have a quirk that impedes your ability to hold objects correctly, you kinda adapt and grow so as to not inconvenience yourself.]

A phone. [He goes digging again and pulls out a small polaroid camera the same dainty way he'd handed over the phone.] It's only got enough film for three photos because it was such an odd request.

(I just. Really need to read the manga I'm on like chapter 4 lmaoooooo)

[Dabi raises an eyebrow as Shigaraki pulls the bag closer. With all five fingers, but still as daintily as ever.

He wasn't expecting the phone, so he's rather pleased as well. Taking it, he turns it over in his fingers, smirk on his face.]

Well this is good. I wanted to send you something incredibly dirty earlier,but I couldn't.

[Is he just teasing? They'll never know. When the camera comes out of the bag next, he's more than satisfied. It looks like they're both exchanging good gifts today. He pockets the phone and takes the camera instead.]

Looks like we'll have to make good use of it then.

[We, he says. Since when have they become a we? He tries not to think about it too hard, opting to get a better look at the camera instead.]

Just because I got your gloves, that doesn't mean I'm not tying you up again.

What did you want to send me? [Tell him, he's curious now as he shoves the box away.] Just because you got me gloves doesn't mean I'm going to let you tie me up willingly.

[Uh huh. Sure Shigaraki. But he had a point. With the gloves he could fight back without worry. But that also meant he had no easy escape plan either. It's why these gloves were strictly to be used for the bedroom. Sleeping and touching Dabi.]

Remember, that camera is only for what we agreed upon. [And then, jokingly;] Don't worry, I'll go slow.

[He reaches out and grabs Shigaraki's wrist, running his fingers along the raw bruises there. He knows Shigaraki likes this part, too.]

I know what the camera is for. [And then he narrows his eyes slightly.] I don't need you to be gentle.

(I'd say deffo read the manga after this upcoming anime arc. There's some prime villainy growth going on between where the anime left off now and where the manga is.)

Gentle? Who said anything about gentle? I said slow.

[But it was practically the same thing. Anyways he watches as Dabi feels along the bruises, letting him touch him but cautious. He might have enjoyed being tied up but he was serious about putting up a fight if he had to.]

What of it, Dabi? Think you can last ten minutes?

(you mean after this bakugou one, or after the upcoming licensing one?)

[ He wonders if Shigaraki can be slow and rough. He doesn't really want to take any chances. Now that they're winding down on what they did today (well, what Shigaraki did anyway) and what they got each other, all that's left is this deal that they made.

Dabi is trying not to be nervous, but he's only human after all.

He rubs at Shigaraki's wrist harshly, then pulls back and sets the camera aside. He has no idea how this is going to go. It could be fine, it could be the fucking worst. He has a feeling it'll be the latter. Today? He wants to ask, because he already feels so worn out, but maybe that's a good thing. Maybe his senses will be more dull and he can just let his mind drift to another place. ]

There's only one way to find out, isn't there? Where do you want me?

Stay right there. [Shigaraki muses, standing up to go grab a small timer from his desk drawer. He shows it to Dabi to let him see the 10 on the little clock.]

If you can't handle it anymore, you either tell me to stop or push me off. Got it?

[ Definitely the worst, Dabi decides before they've even started. He already hates this. ]

Yeah, I got it. Put the clock where I can see it. I want to see the time.

[It'll be something solid he can concentrate on as well. He'll use anything at this point, he doesn't care what it is. Dabi doesn't move, aside from crossing his arms over his chest, as if that'll keep Shigaraki from touching him. He wonders if they should lay down more ground rules, but he doesn't want to seem like he's scared. If Shigaraki knows what's best for him, he won't push this too hard.

Right.]

( :D the anime doesn't stray from the manga at all. if anything the anime actually adds a few small fillers to the manga- like the sports festival!)

[They're doing this sitting on the floor but Shigaraki does oblige Dabi with his request. He sets the clock down where he thinks Dabi can sees it, waiting for the other to respond and moving it accordingly. Once it's in a place that Dabi is comfortable with, Shigaraki presses start and moves towards the other.

He is slow, sitting down in front of the other with a small grin. Doesn't seem like he's too interested in milking this encounter for every last second. He scoots closer, moving his own legs so that they're on top of Dabi's spread ones.

He waits a little bit before grabbing at the other's shirt and lifting it up, his other hand gliding over Dabi's chest. It feels strange with the gloves on but Shigaraki isn't complaining. He can do whatever he want for the next nine minutes- assuming Dabi can even last that long. The boss isn't gentle either, even with the gloved hand he moves in rough motions- with the one exposed finger raking harsh lines into Dabi's skin.]

(yeah, i've heard that the anime actually adds to it really well, which is why i was trying to just stick to the anime for the longest time, but it's getting too hard lol )


[ Dabi very slowly uncrosses his legs and spreads them. Now he looks like an idiot sitting here with his arms crossed, so he slowly uncrosses those as well and sets his hands on the floor behind him, leaning on his arms.

He's sure Shigaraki is going to milk this for everything he's got and he's gearing himself up for it. The legs are really fine, but then he has to move his arms again as his shirt gets yanked up, but he doesn't protest. He lets Shigaraki take it off, watching his other hand as it slides up his chest. It's not as bad with the gloves on, he has to admit- and Shigaraki isn't gentle, which also helps. He can do this, he tells himself. He better fucking do this, or he'll never live it down and it won't get him anywhere. ]

(ye, i'm using the upcoming hero licensing arc to like help me jump back into the manga to review the arc right after the licensing arc... cause there's some key Shigaraki growth that I wanna tackle. And I also want to try to get more icons too haha)

[Two minutes have already gone by. Dabi's doing better than what Shigaraki was expecting.

He scoots closer so that their crotches are touching. Using both his hands to really explore Dabi's chest now. Shigaraki notices that Dabi's having an awkward time with his hands and so he forces the other to rest his hands on his shoulders. It almost looks like they're holding onto each other on the floor here.

It's still slow but Shigaraki isn't trying to overwhelm the other. He's actually secretly rooting for Dabi, wanting his subordinate to over come this asinine fear of his.

With Dabi's eyes trained on the clock, he moves in and starts to nip at the other's lips- taking his kisses down the length of Dabi's jaw. Nipping and licking at scarred skin. It's not at all gentle. Just slow. But then again watching the clock must be making his slowness feel agonizingly slow.

Two minutes becomes three and soon enough four have ticked by. Only six minutes to go.

By the fifth minute mark, Shigaraki drops one of his hands between them and starts to rub at both of their groins.]

(hell yes, i realized i need to just. read all the dabi parts to try and figure him out better lol. so i should probably get on that too xD)

[ Dabi is doing considerably better than he was expecting as well.

Maybe it's a mix of the gloves, the fact that Shigaraki is rough touching him, and the way he can concentrate on the clock instead of anything that's actually going on... but when Shigaraki moves his hands to his shoulders, his attention is drawn back to the other man, just in time to catch him leaning in and kissing him. That part's fine. He can concentrate on that as well, leaning into it a little as he tries to lean away from the hands. He doesn't say stop and he doesn't push off, but he can't help the way his body leans away from touch.

It's the hand rubbing at his groin that really gets him, though. He pulls away from the kiss and grabs at Shigaraki's arm, but even then he doesn't push away. He's thinking about it though, staring hard at the other man. ]
