He moves to the side of the couch and brings the strap back, tying it to one of the arm slats, making sure Shigaraki can't yank or pull too much in any direction, then he grabs his other wrist and does the same, nice and tight. He ties that one further apart so there's no chance of his hands touching, and Shigaraki is perfectly set, laid out on his back, restrained so that Dabi can do anything he wants.

It's a heady feeling, really. He comes back around and looks down at his boss, tapping his chin]

[Panic sets in and Shigaraki is really fighting to get free. He tries to roll, to get his fingers to touch the straps, the couch, anything to free him. Dabi's got him good though, between the sturdiness of the restraints and the way he spaced out his hands. All he can really do is twist his body and strain to pull himself up. Breathing hard, he makes a frustrated gurgling sound as his fingers try to find purchase.

It's scary considering the shit he pulled earlier and he knows he's efficiently at Dabi's mercy. The torture comment doesn't help settle him down.]

[He sees the phone, and tries to hide from the picture by twisting his face into the crook of his sleeve. Shigaraki vows he's going to kill Dabi or at least get his hands on that phone after this is done. He's breathing hard, sweating a little from the exertion he's put on himself with his struggle. Shigaraki does stop 'flailing around' but only because he's worn himself out with the violent and panic'd attempt to escape. He gives one last pull, voicing his frustration with a strangled yell.

Eyes closed, he makes another frustrated sound; a scream muffled only by his closed mouth. At least his tantrum is wearing down.]

[Despite how tired he's made himself, he still sounds pissed.]

[ Shigaraki should be thankful that Dabi isn't planning to do much worse after the stunt he pulled earlier. He manages to hide some of his face, but not all, much to Dabi's pleasure.

There's even more pleasure when Shigaraki lets out those frustrated yells and sounds. With his hands tied, it seems he can't control anything at all. The best part is when Shigaraki has a tantrum and there's nothing he can do about it. ]
